Understand the operation first
We look at how work is actually done, including the exceptions that never appear in a process diagram.
Studio
Vectoris Technologies is an independent Swiss software engineering company. We work as a technical partner: precise about scope, conservative about promises, and still available after the first release.
Leadership
Founder & CEO | Senior Software Architect
Vladyslav Novokhatko leads the technical direction of Vectoris Technologies: software architecture, the engineering approach, and how applied AI is introduced into systems the client can maintain. Engagements are scoped in writing and handed over with the documentation needed to operate them.
01 — Philosophy
For us, a Swiss practice means a defined scope, promises we can keep, and systems that still make sense when the original project is no longer new.
We are independent. Tools are chosen for the problem and the constraints in front of us. We do not treat one platform as the answer to every request.
A system is useful when the organisation can run it, change it and explain it. Novelty is not the goal.
02 — Values
We look at how work is actually done, including the exceptions that never appear in a process diagram.
A clear, smaller system is a better result than a broad one that depends on its original authors.
Assumptions, trade-offs and exclusions are written down, so they can be challenged before they become cost.
Documentation, access and knowledge transfer are part of delivery. The system should not depend on us remaining in place.
03 — Practice
When the problem is still unclear, the first step is discovery. We do not invent certainty in order to quote faster.
A figure belongs to a scope. If the scope changes, the figure is discussed again. Changes are not absorbed in silence.
You speak with the people doing the engineering. Progress, risks and open questions are raised early, in English or German.
We ask for the environments, data and introductions the work requires, and we agree how that access ends.
04 — Clients
Vectoris works with Swiss SMEs, industrial and engineering companies, startups building a real product, and organisations whose operations have outgrown their tools. International work is part of the practice when the same way of working fits.
Something in the operation should change, even when the exact system is not yet known.
The work moves when someone on the client side can confirm scope, priorities and access.
Useful systems follow the work. A request that stops at a visual theme, or an AI programme with no operational target, is outside the practice.
05 — After delivery
06 — Switzerland
The practice serves organisations in all 26 cantons, remotely and on site. That is a service area, not a chain of offices. Projects outside Switzerland are welcome where the same standard of communication fits. The canton index is on the home page.
