This note is a draft. Provider details and a finished legal basis are still missing.
Submitting the form transmits the details to Vectoris, which delivers them by email. It does not open an email app.
Data: name, property or company, email address, website if provided, area, description of the current workflow, page language, page address and the time of the enquiry.
Purpose: responding to the business enquiry in person.
Delivery uses the Resend email service. The message goes to Vectoris’s configured contact address. The email address you enter is used as the reply address.
A finished legal classification will be added once the provider details are complete.
Usage analytics
This section describes the current technical setup. It is not a finished legal classification.
On the production domain the pages load the Vercel Web Analytics script. It records aggregated page views and interactions: navigation, language switches, process-review clicks, and the form path (start, submit, successful acceptance, or error).
Vercel’s current description says Web Analytics does not use cookies. A visitor is distinguished by a hash created from the incoming request. That hash is discarded after 24 hours. A view can include time, page address, referrer, approximate region, device and browser. Vercel states that these points are not tied to a person or an IP address.
Name, email address, property or company, website and the enquiry text are not sent to usage analytics. The script is not loaded locally, on preview domains, or from a file open.
How the pages run
The pages are served as static files. Fonts are not loaded from an external font service. Photographs are loaded from Pexels when a page is opened.
